Marc Hedlund posted a great spreadsheet and a great description along with it on the blog Wheaties for Your Wallet back in November, 2006. If you plan on using this one, you should copy the spreadsheet using the "Get Your Own Copy" link below - this way you can update the assumptions as intended by the author.
