Triathlon Training Log (Reader Submission)

A reader named Ray kindly submitted this a few weeks back - and I was just slow to add it...
He said: "I grew tired of having to be near one computer to update my workouts so I decided to use 'the Google'! Awesome tool - thanks for making training easier!"
This spreadsheet is practically a full software product if you're looking to track your triathlon training... multiple sheets, well formatted, nice charts, etc.

That looks amazing, but I'm having problems exporting it out of GoogleDocs. There's so many formulas on the spreadsheet that some of them get screwed up.

Is there any way I could get a hold of the original file?

Thanks again!

Sorry... on that one, we didn't have the original author's email address... but you can try adding &output=xls if you want the file for excel or open office. No guarantees it will work, but might.

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way either. I'm able to export it as an .xls file, but it is corrupted when I open it in Excel. I also tried as .ods, but it is also partly corrupted in OpenOffice.

What a shame!

How to save as your own:

-Log into your google docs account.

-Go to the very bottom of the "Log Entry" tab and click "Edit this page".

-This will bring up another window. From there, Click "File -> Create a copy". This imports an editable version into your account.

- enjoy :)

How do we get rid of all the information that is already entered into the spreadsheet?

For those of you who haven't noticed. At the bottom there is a setup TAB which will allow you to customize your chart, YAY thanks so much!

Does anyone know how I can use this file? I've tried to follow the advice from Zac, but that doesn't seem to work. Thanks, ac-vac
